As founder of Chain Bridge Properties, John FitzGerald brings more than eighteen years of multi-faceted experience in property development and management to the company.

While holding a MBA from Georgetown University, John’s eye for property development aligns even closer to his Architectural History degree from the University of Virginia.  John has a passion for historical restoration and brings experience not only on the design side, but also in working with governing bodies and preservation organizations.
