This renovation of a historic Ball family home in McLean, VA included the full renovation of the historic and recent additions to the house. A new painted aluminum roof was added along with all new exterior lighting, steps, and handrails. All bathrooms were thoughtfully renovated with sinks, countertops, and fixtures that pay homage to the historic nature of the house but also have clean design. The kitchen was fully renovated with open glass paneled doors where appropriate, high-end appliances, and light-colored stone countertops that compliment the light filled nature of the space. New heart pine flooring was added throughout with tasteful painting of each room to match the nature and use of the space.
